Hong has a Bachelor of Arts degree in American & English Literature.  She has been teaching since 1988.  Hong taught ESL to high school, middle school, and elementary school children from 1988-2003 in China.  She has been teaching in Early Childhood Education since 2006.  Hong was a Student Assistant in the Rose Room, then was hired as an Associate Teacher in the Rose Infant and Toddler Rooms.  She has a Master Teacher Permit from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.  Hong is bilingual Mandarin & English.
